great wi-fi

Great place with great wi-fi, a spa & wellness centre, and helpful staff. I still remember when they helped me find my lost barrette. I recommend relaxing in the lounge after a day on the slopes. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The quadruple room was spacious with a clean ambiance. Fresh towels and room upkeep were spot on. Great quality breakfast products. The location is perfect, right at the end of a slope, close to the ski lift. a lovely stay! 😊

The staff was incredibly helpful during a plumbing issue we faced. They generously compensated us with a free evening meal and a packed breakfast. The mountain view was breath-taking, adding a special touch to our overall experience.

We unfortunately had to change rooms due to an unavoidable plumbing issue.

It was just a balanced option for an overnight stay in Bormio with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff were very attentive, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Remember to take advantage of the spacious bike storage if you're cycling in the area.

Perfect for ski trips!

Had an awesome stay! The location is unbeatable, right near the gondola. Our room was spacious and comfy, and the staff made sure we were taken care of. Breakfast was tasty, but could use a bit more variety. Daily service was great, and the lounge area was perfect for chilling after a day on the slopes.

The Triple Room was spacious and modern, accommodating three beds without feeling cramped. The warmth of the space made it cozy, and the view was stunning. Plus, having the ski lift right next door was super convenient. The only downside was that the bed could be a bit on the harder side for my back. It didn’t ruin the stay but just something to note.
